The Sketchbook Project staff will be digitizing all the books, so in a few weeks I will provide a link to the official digital version. If you'd like to visit it in person, here is the schedule for exhibition all around the world, beginning April 14 at the Brooklyn Art Library in New York.
I just looked and read through the all the sketchbook page posts on this page and it is so wonderful and powerful and sad. I think you did both your dad and your daughter a great service with it. I guess sadness is a big part of who we all are. Perhaps what counts most is what we do with it.

Wow, thank you so much. I'm so glad the book touched you, Cindy. I'm not sure I started out with the intention of the sadness, but the more I worked, the more it became necessary. I am positive I could create ten more books about him (and one day I just may). This was my first exploration of a themed sketchbook, and I loved participating in the Sketchbook Project.
